Printer has stopped Printing

To manage printers go to your admin dashboard at https://orders.restaurantops.co then navigate to Account -> Location -> Printers


Clover

If you are on clover, please ensure that the correct printer is selected.  If a new POS is installed you will have to resync your printers and use the correct printer as printer ids will rotate per device.


If you are still having issues printing, we recommend removing all of your printers and resyncing your POS.

You can sync, by going to the printer management area and pressing the sync button on the top left corner.
